Distributors are not permitted to sell or supply Neways products and/or sales aids online or via the Internet.

The information on this site is regularly updated by Neways, but Neways does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.
Privacy Statement
Neways and its Distributors are bound by the Privacy Act 1993 and the 12 Privacy Principles in relation to information obtained by Neways or the Distributor about individuals in the course of the Distributorship.
Scope
This statement sets out what we do when data about you comes to us.
Your trail
If you log into NOL we record, for support and maintenance purposes only, the machine from which you access our site, the web browser and version you use and your operating system.
Limited use of data
We will not pass the data on to any third parties.
Email
Distributors may unsubscribe from eblasts at any time by replying to the message with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.
We will not pass on your email address to third parties. An email that we receive through our web site may be archived or backed up on our server for our own records only. In addition to the content of email messages, we will record (as is the standard practice) the date and time of message transmission, when the message is received and opened, the email address/es of the sender, recipients and mail programs.
Limitation of scope
This privacy statement does not extend to external sites that our site links to. The organisations that operate those sites are responsible for privacy issues arising out of their sites.
Complaints handling
Neways desires that all complaints about privacy matters are dealt with in the following way.
If you have a complaint about how your private information has been handled by Neways, the following will occur.
The Complaint, which is free of charge to you
- must be in writing, not electronic form, signed and attentioned to:

- is to be sent by post and must include your return postal address.
Upon receiving a Complaint, Neways will appoint an officer (Officer) to attend to the Complaint.
The Officer will
- have or will be given sufficient power to deal with the Complaint;
- determine a resolution for the Complaint within ten (10) business days of receiving the Complaint;
- communicate his/her decision by post to you;
- give general reasons for the decision;
- provide, with the notice of his/her decision, information on further action you can take if you are dissatisfied with the decision.
