Neways has two Profit Centres – The Multiplex ‘Instant Income’ Profit Centre is designed to reward new and developing distributors for their initial sponsoring efforts.

  • Multiplex bonuses are paid on the first 75 Personal Volume (PV) ordered by your Downline distributors each month
  • The number of ‘active’ Multiplex legs you have determines your Multiplex rank along with the depth and percentages you are paid on your Downline.
  • There are no ‘break aways’ under Multiplex.
  • You continue to earn Multiplex Bonuses on your downline… regardless of their rank! This is a major feature of the Multiplex Profit Centre which provides a secure and stable income for distributors.
  • A minimum of 150 Personal Volume (PV) each month is required in order to qualify for the Multiplex Bonus.
  • For a leg to be considered ‘active’ it must contain at least one distributor with a minimum of 150 Personal Volume (PV).

Affinity

The Affinity ‘Wealth Building’ Profit Centre is the part of the program for distributors who are focused on building a large and fully developed business which is paid via Group Development Bonuses and Executive Leadership Bonuses.

  • Group Development Bonuses are paid on any Personal Volume (PV) exceeding 75PV ordered by yourself and your personally sponsored non-executive Downline and their groups each month.
  • Group Volume accumulates and includes all Multiplex Volume for rank advancement.
  • All promotions to Executive rank are based on Cumulative Group Volume.
  • All promotions are permanent.
  • Once a rank is achieved you never drop back.
  • A minimum of 150 Personal Volume (PV) each month is required in order to qualify for the Group Development Bonus.

Executive Leadership Bonuses are paid to qualifying Executives on their Executive Downline’s Affinity Group Volume (excluding Multiplex Volume). A minimum of 2000 Group Volume (GV) is required (including Multiplex GV) to qualify for Executive Leadership Bonuses.

Fast Start is specially designed for all dedicated high-aiming business builders wanting to accelerate their progression through the ranks and discover the full benefits of our Marketing Plan in a far shorter time frame. The Fast Start programme will enable you to rapidly maximise your earning potential, allowing you to make additional capital with no extra effort. All you need to do is:

  • Build a group of at least nine distributors in the qualifying period (see below) – three of which must be personally sponsored by you.
  • Of your group, at least nine distributors must have a minimum Personal Cumulative Volume of 150PV within the qualifying period.
  • Create a Cumulative Group Volume (CGV) of 6,000 with 2,000GV in the qualifying month. • At least 1,800CGV must be separate from your own Personal Cumulative Volume, i.e., not just your own personal purchases.

The qualifying period begins in the month the distributor registers and must be completed within the first three consecutive volume months after joining. Please check your distributor Policies & Procedures Manual for further information. In the event of a query, please contact the Distributor Operations Department.

Crystal Executive

Distributors who achieve or maintain the rank of Executive (for 10 out of 12 months in the qualifying period, but who have not yet attained Car Qualification or Diamond Ambassador at the start of the qualifying period), are awarded the title 'Crystal Executive'. 

To strive and maintain Crystal Executive status is a powerful testimony of the distributors’ commitment to their business.

Crystal Executives are officially recognised on stage at Convention, where they are awarded their unique Crystal Executive Pins. As an added bonus, they are also invited to enjoy an exclusive Crystal Executive luncheon during Convention, where this year’s guests where addressed by our CEO, Eric Larsen and guest speaker, Pat Mesiti!

The Crystal Executive qualification period is January to December every year.
